Romguard Top Security S.R.L is a Romanian company based exclusively on private capital and was founded in 2011, based on the Law 31/1990 regarding the companies and it was authorized by the Ministry of Administration and Internal Affairs according to the Law No. 333/2003.
The Romguard Top Security agents are very well trained in order to be capable to deal with any types of situations, by acting fast, energetic and efficiently.
The security staff is equipped with a personalized uniform, approved according to the Law No. 333/2003 by The General Police Board.
The staff disposes of special security equipment, such as: transceiver radio stations, nonlethal or lethal weapons (it depends on the case), tear gas, mobile cells. This type of equipment is able to provide proper protection in any situation.
OBJECT OF ACTIVITY

• Acknowledging all the weak spots of the objective`s perimeter, in order to prevent any damage that may be caused to the guarded units;
• Guarding not only the objective but also all the assets that make the purpose of the activity, by ensuring their integrity;
• Allowing outside individuals exclusively according to the Law and the internal dispositions;
• Checking at both entrance and exit points of the unit all the individuals, transportation units, materials, documents and other assets;
• Prohibiting the access of intoxicated individuals in the guarded buildings;
• Stopping, legitimating and retaining the individuals who are suspected of committing felonies or illicit doings in the guarded unit;
• Announcing as soon as possible the supervisor of the unit in a case of an unusual event that took place during his shift and presenting to him all the measures that were bound to be taken in that particular situation;
• Announcing as soon as possible the supervisor of the guarded building in a case of any electrical or chemical damage produced by different sources and also taking the first measures that need to be taken immediately after the observation;
• In a case of a fire, the agent is bound to put out the fire, save all the assets and notifying the firefighters, the supervisor of the building and the police;
• The agent is bound to rescue both the victims and the assets from a disaster;
• The agent is bound to keep the information he gets from his beneficiary confidential;
• The agent is bound to be respectful with all the beneficiary`s staff;
• The agent has to execute all his obligations according to the objective of his duty and to the guarding plan;
• The physical and legislative preparation of the agents is permanently made;

According to the Law No. 333/2003, art. 52 align. (2), “For ensuring the guarding and protectionof the objectives, the staff can be able to possess service animals, meaning, special trained dogs, according to the guarding plan or the standing orders and functioning orders of the company which is specialized on guarding and protection.”
These dogs are specially trained by a carefully selected person, who works with them every day and how to attack, how to guard the objective or how to pay attention to the access means and to trace the felon.
We use this type of service for our clients who have industrial halls, factories, storages; in order to maximize the security, based on the dog`s attention, fast reaction and efficiency.

We dispose of special cars designed to transport valuable assets along with armed fighters who were specially trained and equipped in order to keep away any risky factor that may endanger the transportation.
